outside in the downtown area. there is a cold front in the area. it will not bring any big changes in the temperatures. it will hold off the extreme heat from coming from the midwest. some areas of rain into the western part of the state. that may slow people down if they head out early this morning. we will have scattered thunderstorms this afternoon. >> thank you. police in florida believe a teenager killed his parents with a hammer. the teenager faces two counts of first-degree murder. police were called to the home sunday morning when they found the bodies along with a bloody hammer locked in their bedroom. investigators believe the younger boy killed his parents then hosted a party with dozens of teenagers the same night. >> u.s. and a million spill -- there was an ammonia spill in nebraska. crews began dousing the ammonia with water. another huge dust storm in arizona. video shows what it was like as it rolled into the phoenix area. visibility cause problems for drivers. the thick cloud nearly blocked out the sun is in turmoil. this is the second time this month a large dust
